Welcome
At Insight University we recognize the word “leader” is a noun not a verb. Yet most leader development programs focus on what the leader should do. Few focus on who the leader is. Insight University’s Transformational Leadership program focuses on developing leaders to have the wisdom to know the source of their loving and then bring that loving to their environment.

Award
Arianna Huffington received Insight University’s first annual Transformational Leaders Award for challenging conventional media through the advent of the Huffington Post and its expansive and insightful worldview. Opening remarks from Laura Donnelley, founder of the Good Works Foundation, who presented the Award to Ms. Huffington, further highlighted the evening.
Wisdom
Developing wisdom requires a holistic approach that takes into account not only the leader’s intellectual needs, but the needs of their heart as well. Wisdom emerges from experience, tempered through an educated mind and heart. More . . .
